Our knives are handmade from start to finish. Mark begins by choosing a mix of steels to go into the Damascus blades. He forges, heat treats, grinds, and puts handles on every one of our knives, ensuring that they are built to our standards. If you ever have an issue with a Double Diamond knife, reach out and we'll make it right! 

We have 5 main shapes we make: Slim Point, Medium Belly, Spay Point, Castrator, and Skinner. We do custom shapes as well, if you're looking for something particular! With two main sizes (7" total length or 5" total length), we have options that are suited for nearly any line of work. Our knives are $300, which includes a sheath.

If you want to add a little extra bit of flash to your blade, we can add silver or copper bolsters to the handles for $50. Handles are made of an extremely durable and scratch-resistant polyester composite, or from a variety of wood choices including zebrawood, purple heart, bodock, cherry, and maple.

Nikki builds the sheaths out of high quality Hermann Oak leather, tanned right here in the US. We can make right or left handed sheaths, and build them to be worn on the front/sides of your hips or on your back. Sheaths can be customized with tooling or your brand for $25 more. Additional sheaths may be purchased for $45 (plain).
